- The Tazer would have let him LIVE! Sorry, I don't agree. The bystanders should have been tazered for not intervening. The "perp" got what he deserved. We've turned into a society of cowards - people afraid to intervene lest we be prosecuted for some random act of "doing the right thing".

- Kudos to the police for doing the right thing. Unfortunately, they didn't get there in time to save the life of a child. We can intellectualize this all day long, but in the end, evil is evil and needs to be eradicated.
